Jets Vacuum AS is the operating company in the Jets Group and is located in Hareid, outside Ålesund in Norway. The company has employees working remotely from all around the world. Jets Vacuum AS consists of the Maritime and Land divisions which work globally with sales and deliveries of vacuum and sanitary systems, and Aftermarket that follows up existing customers on land and sea.

Responsibilities:

The position reports to Sales Director Mobile and has the main responsibility for creating growth and profitability in the Mobile segment by:

  • supporting existing key accounts
  • investigate the markets for new potential partners and make decisions in consultation with the Sales Director Mobile to grow our business areas
  • develop and implement strategies and operational plans
  • investigate and recommend the choice of partners, and make decisions in consultation with the Sales Director Mobile
  • enter and follow up on agreements with distributors, agents and OEM customers
  • prepare marketing plans, budgets and forecasts
  • plan and carry out marketing activities to introduce Jets™ technological innovations and create visibility and knowledge of the Jets™ solutions

Qualification requirements:

  • Economic, administrative or technical education
  • Technical competence
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international B2B sales management
  • Experience in the industry of portable sanitation and/or plumbing is an advantage
  • Experience in planning and conducting trade fairs
  • Experience in use of modern Sales/ CRM tools
  • Fluent in English and Spanish and/or French, both orally and in writing. Additional languages are an advantage.
